What we collect
If you join the early access waitlist, we collect your email address. If you arrive through
a referral link, we may also record query parameters in the URL, such as a
ref tag, so we can understand referral sources.
Why we collect it
We use your email to notify you when Fulcrius opens and, occasionally, to send product updates related to your waitlist signup. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
How signup works
When you submit the form, your email is sent to our website server and then to Loops, our email service provider. Loops stores it in our audience list. Your email is not exposed in the browser or stored in public page code.
Website analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand how visitors use this site: page views, scroll depth, and which example sections are opened. We store a random visitor identifier in your browser's local storage. We do not use cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party ad trackers for this measurement. If you sign up, your waitlist email may be linked to that identifier.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated traffic measurement. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies for this measurement.
Who processes your data
Waitlist signups are processed and stored by Loops for us. First-party behavioral analytics are stored in Supabase. Aggregated website analytics are processed by Vercel. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Retention
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or until we no longer need the waitlist. You can unsubscribe from any waitlist email.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Use the contact email below to make a request.
